How can we pay to get started?

Are your Web Design costs one time?
Yes, there will be no hidden costs and you may even take advantage of our update packages to ensure your site to perform well on an SEO level and never get that “out of date” look.
Yes, we own and maintain all of our own servers. If you ever have issues with your website, we can answer all of those questions for you in one phone call.
No, many companies make hosting mandatory, while we offer the flexibility of choosing your own. We do suggest that you utilize our servers because having everything in-house will allow us to support you with your every web need. You no longer have to worry about any technicalities of managing your website and the server; we will do it all for you. If there is a problem it’s always better to make one phone call and have us take care of everything and you can go back to concentrating on your business. How Does Your Web Design Process Work?
Our web design process starts with an initial consultation to create a proposal to begin the designing and programming. Once agreed, we fulfill the proposal and have you evaluate the website before we take it live.
Initial Consultation

Proposal
With the consultation complete, we brainstorm on the best plan to meet your needs quickly and cost efficiently. From this, we draft a proposal and put it to action.
Payments
Unlike other companies that require full payment up front, we ask for 50% to begin your project and the remainder is collected when all of the work is completed to your satisfaction. We are also very accomodating if your marketing budget is limited and you would benefit from having a payment plan. Be sure to ask your project manager if this is something you’d like to discuss.
Collecting Your Content
“Content is King.” So what is content exactly? Content means all of the text and images found on a website. We ask for you to provide the text and images you desire and we will format it for you to appear beautifully on a website. If you do not have time to create the text, or wish for a professional writer, we can provide you with an experienced copywriter to draft text for you to approve. The same goes for images - We have many stock images that may be used on your website.
Design Development
If you come across a website that you feel will be a great fit for your business, provide us with the web link and we will create something very similar for you. If you have a unique design concept, our project managers will be able to brainstorm with you on the possibilities and build the website of your dreams!
Design Selection & Finalization
Once a design concept is established, we will set a plan to execute the details. That includes the programming, designing, editing, and optimizing of the project at hand.
Web Development
Your project manager will take the plan and assign the appropriate experts to each task. This way, you have the benefit of a professional working on each aspect they specialize in, and your project is completed faster. You will not have to wait for one person to make your website. With a team, we are able to cut down development time greatly.
Pre-launch Evaluation
After the site is built, you will have the opportunity to review it and make last minute touch-ups before we take it live.
Launching Your Website

What is your typical turn around period?
This is where we stand to shine. All websites require specific talents to fulfill the project details. Say a site requires Flash, HTML, Image Editing, and a Mailing List function… It is nearly impossible for someone to be a top expert in all of these disciplines, and if they happen to be one, their development times would be painstakingly long. After you have designed our website, can we manage it ourselves easily??
Yes, you may! You will have access to your website files and can manage them entirely. If you would like us to support you with any maintenance or management, we’d be happy to, as well!
I live in Texas, you are in California, how can we work with you? Should I not look for a local Company?
This is a great question. Because we utilized state-of-the-art technologies, what was once recommended for you to deal locally can be done as efficiently as meeting face to face! We deal with clients all over the United States and are able to conduct professional phone meetings and support. We can also train your staff to use functions on your website, even if they have zero experience with computers.
Do you offer Emergency After Hours Support?
We are available by phone during business hours and emails are received 24 hours a day. On request, your project manager will provide you with their personal cell phone to attend to emergencies after hours. At Surf City Sites, your emergencies are our emergenices.
Why are your prices so low for your excellent quality? Are there hidden charges?
Simple answer: It is because our overhead is very low. Unlike other companies, we do not rent our servers and charge a markup for hiring outside providers. We do not pay ridiculous rental fees and spread them along our customers and all of our programmers and designers work directly for us. This way, there are no additional fees and no hidden charges. This also makes us accountable to eliminate wasteful spending and run our marketing in strategic ways:

Can I call any of your clients for a testimonial?
You may ask your project manager for client references, however we do not openly advertise it on our website for privacy reasons. Clients are just like you and we would not like for potential clients to bombard you for testimonials. This is why we ask our clients to put on a live, unedited testimonial on our testimonial page.
I am a small home business, do you work with Individuals?

Do you design Adult Web sites?
No we do not.
